Born in Germany and raised in New Jersey, Bonnie moved to Colorado
in the early 1980’s. Before attending college she made a living driving
an 18-wheeler up and down the mountains of Colorado. She received
a BS in Busines Administration from Colorado State University in 1993.
In 1994 she took pottery lessons, finally fulfilling her passion for art.
In 2002 she and her husband, artist/furniture maker Scott LeCocq,
purchased a historic building in Old Town Fort Collins and opened
Canyon Spirit Gallery.

Why these product/services considered as GREEN? (what’s the impact on the environment/community)

Each piece of Bonnie’s stoneware pottery is thrown on a solar and wind powered potters wheel at her off grid mountain home studio. After being transported, it’s then fired in an electric kiln powered by renewable energy at her Fort Collins studio
